Jason is amazing! I found Jason on Yelp and he was the only realtor out of three that I called to promptly return my call. That said a lot! I was looking for a rental but ended up buying a townhouse. Buying can be a bit of a night mare but Jason was fantastic to work with. He was patient and always listened to what I wanted. A lot of the agents in the bay area give you what they want and work on their timeline and not with your timeline. He is great at what he does and really cares about the job. He does not have an attitude and he works with you. If you want a very smooth transition from home to home, Jason is your man!

Jason Zaitz is a Wonderful real estate agent and a Great person. I had the pleasure of purchasing my first house in April 2020, and Jason was very encouraging and enthusiastic about the experience.

Being a new home buyer, I had tons of questions and concerns about every house we went to. Jason was always very accommodating and honest about any ideas or thoughts I ran by him. At anytime during the week, if Jason found a house, or we found one we were curious about, he would get us in for a visit as soon as he could. During our walkthroughs, Jason was always pointing out and explaining features of the house that were good and bad for us (new/old AC & heater units, roof age and condition, ceiling issues, drainage problems, etc.). Pointing out these features on the houses were extremely helpful as I had no thoughts to check some of the places and specifications he knew about.

The DREAM house we decided on was only on the market for about 45 min, and Jason got us in for a visit within the next hour. That evening, Jason led us through the offer process and ensured we would be one of the first buyers on a house we loved. During our first meeting he came very well prepared with information on our home, the current market and helped us formulate a plan. He also patiently listened to our 1001 questions. We knew by the end of that meeting that he was our guy. After listening to what we were looking for in our new home, he suggested multiple neighborhoods we didn't even know existed. Yes, all of these 5 star reviews are accurate. If anything, they don't do Jason enough justice for how amazing he is as an agent and overall person. We were first-time buyers without the ability to pay for a home with an all cash offer, which meant we lost out on multiple properties where several bids were present.

With Jason's ability to work miracles, we were able to secure a wonderful home after submitting just our 3rd offer. Given the fact that we were placing offers during the busiest time of the real estate season on properties that were renovated, desirable and in great locations, this was a huge victory! Jason kept in close contact with the seller's agent and was able to convince them to get us a counter offer, even though they had an all cash offer on the table. Yes, we were able to beat out an all cash offer with Jason's help!

Outside of his excellent negotiating skills, Jason is just an awesome person to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. He's a down-to-earth person that truly cares about what's best for his clients. He is available anytime you need him and has a "can-do" attitude regardless of any challenges presented. Bottom line - We've found our agent for life. We are excited to work with Jason again to buy and sell future properties and feel fortunate to have found someone who, in our minds, is the perfect agent to work with.

I located Jason on Yelp about a year ago and reached out to him with questions about the real estate market and options given my family's wants and needs as far as pricing, size, and location along the 680 corridor. Despite the fact we were not prepared to purchase at that time, Jason took the time to review my questions and provided very helpful feedback given his expert knowledge of the local area.
