On a friend's recommendation to look into the Pleasanton area, we ran headlong into the challenge of buying a home in Dublin, the second fastest growing township in California. Our parameters were daunting: find new construction with an open layout and a bedroom on the first floor with as many bathrooms as bedrooms, on a moderately small lot, located in a culturally diverse area with highly rated schools. In addition, we had perhaps the most difficult demand for new homes in a hot township in the Bay Area: any home packed together like sardines-in-a-can will be rejected with certainty.

We noticed that Jason paid very close attention to our reactions towards every home we scoped out. Even with our unreasonably demanding requirements, it took a total of eight days from our first viewing to putting down a good faith deposit. He hit all our bullet points and more... ...we located a view lot with great privacy; we only have one immediate neighbor. Within days of our lock, there were other buyers lining up, inquiring about our lot. If you know what you like and don't like, there is simply no better buying broker in the Tri-Valley area.

When I went to sell my home in San Ramon this past March, I remembered Jason from his mailers, and thought he would be a good fit for selling my home.
