If I could give Jason 10 stars,I would because he is that good. I decided to interview him based on Yelp reviews and am so glad I did. He is professional, energetic, personable and enthusiastic - and he knows how to get things done. I gave Jason 3 days to get my house staged, get photos and have it on the brokers tour. I didn't think it was possible but I asked anyway - and Jason did it all. He had 2 open houses the first weekend - keep in mind that's less than one week after the house was ready - and he had record numbers of people come through the house each day. His pricing was just right - it brought in multiple offers - in fact, a LOT of offers - and all but one was way over the list price. The house sold for a record price for the neighborhood and I believe Jason had a lot to do with it. When there was a problem with the buyers' financing (even though they had been pre-approved), Jason held it together by talking with the buyers' agent, following up with the lender, and talking me off the ledge when I was ready to kill the deal. I've bought and sold multiple homes and Jason is far and away the best agent I've ever worked with!

Jason was outstanding with the sell of our home in Dublin and the purchase of our "Dream Home" in Pleasanton! Jason helped us to complete the process in just two weeks! Of course, we had to wait for both properties to close, before we could move.

He gave us great advise on how to improve our old home, including construction work and staging. He took very professional pictures and made our house shine! We sold for well over the asking price. He also assisted us in getting the sellers to take a contingent offer for our new home.

We were not living anywhere close to Danville and only had a brief idea about the neighborhoods and surrounding towns.
Jason knows everything there is to know about Danville and area and educated us. He also let us benefit from his network of other realtors and other contacts. His lender contact is a great person to talk to (as well).

He also actively participated in the house search, I have to say he understood us very well, his suggestions were either already on our list or ended up on our list.
He also did not mind to cater to some of our more crazy ideas and house candidates. He must have rolled his eyes but you could not tell, he was always very kind and supportive, no matter the house, no matter the day or time of day.
One time Jason was not feeling well, instead of cancelling his wife was so kind to jump in.
Jason is also not pressuring or bothering you. He is your support network. He opens the house and then let you have. You are having a question, then he is right there, if you want to look at the house without commentary, then he is in the background letting you do your thing.

We took a chance and called Jason cold looking for a realtor. What impressed us was he was a very good listener. In addition he was able to ask key questions to help us understand priorities in what we were looking for. He met us right where we needed to be met. In this housing market it took us nine months to find a house. Jason was out in front of every listing screening them for us and in the end talking to the owners about us to help secure the house.
